David Miller teaches business ethics to graduate students at Yale. Half are MBA students and the other half are in the Yale divinity school.
David's focus in this class is helping his business students see the role the practice of faith plays in the workplace, and helping his divinity school students to start realizing, honoring, and supporting business leaders in their workplace calling.
This is David's passion. Helping Christians integrate their faith into their work. David recently released a new book called God At Work that looks at the depth, breadth, history, and promise of spirituality in the workplace. It offers compelling new evidence that "faith at work" is a bona fide social movement and not just a passing fad. It shows that rather than being "today's flavor" or merely "politically correct," it is here to stay.
This resource establishes the importance of this movement, identifies the possibilities and challenges, and points toward future questions. It is "essential reading" if you have a strong interest in the integration of faith at work.
