I don't remember my Customer User Name and Password
If you have shopped with us before but you do not remember your user name and password, you may wish to email or phone us for to receive your log in information. If you do not wish to contact us for your existing information, you may create a second profile, however this may cause you to receive duplicate emails from our system due to multiple profiles existing in the database.
The system will not allow me to create a new Customer Profile
If you are receiving an error message in the create profile screen, this is most often due to your profile containing incomplete information or the user name you are attempting to use is already in use by another customer. Please view your entire screen and look for the red verbiage alerting you to the cause of the problem. Correct the problem and then submit.
The system is reporting your site is not secure
The e-commerce system is secure. The alert you are receiving is to report that the next page you are being sent to after completing your payment information is not secure - which is fine, because the next page is the "Thank you for your order" page and none of your secure information is being transmitted at the point.
Return Policy
Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at FaithandWorkResources.com, you may return new, unused books in resellable condition for a full refund of the purchase price up to 30 days from the date your order shipped from our facility. Refunds will not be given after 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable except if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Audio and video items (CD, DVD, VHS, and CD-ROM) are not returnable except if defective because these items are so easily copied.
Refunds on merchandise will only be given if items are in new, resellable condition. Resellable condition is defined as unopened (if applicable), no visible scratches, scuffs, tears, bent edges or pages, creased covers, or blemishes of any kind, and is at the sole discretion of our staff.
